These terms apply to digital products purchased from Lou Lou B Photo, including Lightroom presets, digital guides and other downloadable products.
By purchasing a digital product from Lou Lou B Photo, you agree to the following terms.
Digital Products
All digital products are supplied electronically. No physical product will be shipped.
After completing your purchase, you will receive access to the relevant digital files or instructions for downloading them.
Licence and Permitted Use
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the digital product.
You may use Lou Lou B Photo presets when editing your own photography, including photography created for personal or commercial purposes.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute or share the preset files, guides or other digital files.
Upload the files to file-sharing websites, marketplaces or other platforms for distribution.
Copy or modify the files for the purpose of resale or redistribution.
Claim the presets, guides or other digital products as your own work.
If another person would like to use the presets, they must purchase their own licence.
Printable Fine Art
Printable fine art purchased from Lou Lou B Photo is licensed for personal use only. You may print the artwork for your own personal use, including display in your home or as a personal gift.
Printable fine art may not be resold, reproduced for sale, used commercially, redistributed, sublicensed or made available for commercial distribution in either digital or printed form.
Copyright and Ownership
All digital products, including presets, guides, written content and associated materials, remain the intellectual property of Lou Lou B Photo.
Purchasing a digital product gives you permission to use it under these terms. It does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.
Refunds and Digital Downloads
Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are generally not available for change of mind once the digital product has been supplied or made available for download.
If you experience a technical problem with your files, receive an incorrect file, or believe there is an issue with your purchase, please get in touch so I can help resolve it.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Compatibility
Please check the product description and compatibility information before purchasing.
Results from Lightroom presets will vary depending on the photograph, camera, lighting, exposure, white balance and other editing settings. Presets are intended as editing tools and starting points, and individual adjustments may be required.
