Liminal Tides
Ocean photography capturing the quiet threshold between light, water, and horizon. Limited edition fine art prints.
The Quiet Space Between Tides
Liminal Tides is a collection exploring the in-between moments of the ocean — where light shifts, tides turn, and water and sky blur together.
These photographs capture expansive seascapes and delicate coastal details that feel almost otherworldly, yet exist quietly in the natural world around us. Each image invites a pause. A moment to breathe, observe, and reconnect with the rhythm of the sea.
Created as limited edition fine art prints, each artwork is produced on museum-quality archival paper using pigment inks designed to last for generations.
Designed to bring calm, depth, and quiet presence into the spaces where we live.

Liminal Tides FAQs
What kind of prints are these?
All artworks are produced as museum-quality fine art prints, printed on 300gsm cotton rag paper using archival pigment inks. This combination is chosen for its exceptional tonal depth, soft matte finish, and longevity. These prints are designed to be lived with for decades, not years.
Are the prints framed?
No. All fine art prints are sold unframed. This allows you to choose framing that best suits your space and personal style. Frames shown in mockups are for styling inspiration only. Custom framing with archival materials and non-reflective glass is highly recommended.
Are these limited editions?
Yes. Each artwork is released as a limited edition per size. Once an edition is sold out in a particular size, it will not be reprinted in that size. Each print is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
Why is the production time 7–10 working days?
Each artwork in the Liminal Tides collection is printed to order through a premium fine art print laboratory in Auckland. I work with a specialist lab that uses museum-grade materials, including 300gsm cotton rag paper and archival pigment inks. This process prioritises quality, tonal accuracy, and longevity over speed. Prints are carefully produced, inspected, and prepared before dispatch to ensure they meet fine art standards. The 7–10 working day timeframe reflects this considered, made-to-order process rather than mass production.
Is shipping free?
All fine art prints include free shipping within New Zealand. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
How will my artwork be packaged and shipped?
Prints are professionally packaged by the print laboratory to protect them in transit. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. You’ll receive confirmation once your artwork has been dispatched.
What is a Certificate of Authenticity and why does it arrive separately?
Every fine art print includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity, issued and controlled directly by me as the artist. As I work with a premium print laboratory in Auckland, the artwork itself is shipped directly from the lab to ensure professional handling and packaging. The Certificate of Authenticity is sent separately by me, allowing me to personally assign the edition number, sign, and date each certificate. This is a common and accepted practice in contemporary fine art photography and ensures clear provenance and careful edition control.
Will the print look exactly like it does on my screen?
While every effort is made to ensure colour accuracy, slight variations can occur due to differences in screen calibration, lighting conditions, and printing processes. These subtle variations are a natural part of translating a digital image into a physical artwork and are considered part of the fine art printing process.
Can I return or exchange a fine art print?
Because each artwork is printed to order and issued as part of a limited edition, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the print arrives damaged. If your artwork arrives with any issues, please get in touch as soon as possible and I’ll help resolve it.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. Fine art prints can be shipped internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on destination.
Do you offer custom sizes or commissions?
At this stage, artworks are available only in the sizes listed. For special requests, commissions, or licensing enquiries, please feel free to get in touch to discuss options.
